13 Cielos Hostel blew my mind with its incredible layout, fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with a jaw-dropping fireplace, and a relaxing back patio. The sheer number of bathrooms meant I never had to wait. The staff were super friendly and made me feel like part of a community. I was amazed that their Cumbia band practiced regularly on the back patio. The hostel's central location was perfect, and the rooftop was mind-blowingly awesome. And to top it all off, I got to hang out with two adorable doggos and two LOVELY cats. I can't recommend this place enough!

I recently stayed at a beautiful and cozy hostel in a perfect location near the center. The rooms were spacious and had their own toilets. The common area was really cool, with a terrace and garden where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning, which was included in the price. The hostel felt like family, with welcoming and fun staff who organized activities like family dinners and quizzes. They even invited guests to nights out and visits to dog shelters. The wifi was amazing and the hostel felt comfortable and safe. it was the best hostel I have stayed in so far in Mexico.
Nothing to fault. 👍

I stayed at 13 Cielos for a few days while exploring the area. The staff were outstanding and really made me feel like part of the family. The hostel has a great location and the facilities were top-notch. The new owners have big plans for the place and it shows in the welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast changed daily and there were plenty of places to relax and chill. I had one of the best hostel experiences here and will definitely recommend it to others.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming, it really felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. Our room was cozy and quiet, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even arranging an early check-out and taxi to the airport for us. I highly recommend this hostel for a wonderful stay in San Cristobal de las Casas.

The location of this hostel was great, with a central location that allowed for easy access to the city's attractions. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with necessary facilities like plugs and WiFi. The bathrooms were in good condition and offered truly hot showers, which were perfect for the cool night climate. the hostel had two garden/patio areas and a lounge with various entertainment options like TV, films, games, and books.
The room I stayed in lacked plugs, which made it difficult to charge my devices.

Everything was amazing. The staff, the location, the facilities, the general atmosphere. The new owners of the place have huge plans for this hostel and they really make you feel like they want you to get involved and be a part of the family. One of the best hostel experience I've ever had, this is exactly why I'm travelling. I will 100% recommend this hostel to everyone I know who's going to San Cristobal.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
